Mysti's Run 07-26-2010

Workout: 17 minute Run
Distance: 1.54

I decided this morning while stretching that I was going to have a relaxing run and not worry too much about numbers while I was running. So, I simply checked my watch when I left, ran around the neighborhood in no certain order, headed back towards the house when I felt like it and checked my watch upon return to find I had been out for 17 minutes. (Today was suppose to be a 20 minute run.)

This mornings run was good, but back to the schedule on Wednesday.

  1. It's good to have those sometimes. That's why I am trying to enjoy my outside non-distance knowing runs. So that I can just focus on running and not really worry about how far.
