This was one of those days that got colder as the day went on. I felt good during the run and wanted to go longer, but Heath's little hands got cold. Some of that was one him... he refused to let me put up the weather shield which would have helped with the cold. Then I tried to show him how putting his hands under his blanket would help, but he didn't want to do that either. :) But 4 miles isn't bad. I just need to get more runs in! We're going to Kentucky this weekend to see my brother and sister-in-law. I'm hoping to get a run in there. We will see....
Also, my goal for next week is to do one morning run before Michael goes to work. Just one, to try it out. Maybe I'll like it!
Nov 5- run/walk 30 minutes
Nov 6- 30 minute walk
Nov 7- Jillian Michael's workout
Nov 8- We did the Heart Walk as a family (it was a 2.5 mile downtown walk)
Nov 9- 40 minute run (this was supposed to be a 5.5 mile run, but a house in our neighborhood that I was curious about was having an open house, so I stopped mid-run to check it out. Then I ran more, but I had to stop before the 5.5 miles because a little person in our house demands to eat dinner by 6, so I had to start cooking.) It was still a good run though!
None of these were super impressive, but I did stuff. Also, I hadn't done any weights in a long time and was sore 2 days later from my JM workout. I need to work more of those in!
