Running Stats:
Time: 30 minutes (give or take a couple)
Distance: no clue
Pace: not sure...but better than 11:50
Since I was a slacker this morning and didn't get up to run when it was cool...it was back to the sweatbox for me. The reason my stats are vague is because the treadmill I run on has this big emergency stop button and I hit it twice during my run. When you hit the button it stops immediately and erases everything you had done up to that point. Since I try to not to look at the treadmill numbers while I'm running too often I didn't know exactly how much time I had left.
30 minutes is getting easier.
I don't get the emergency button; It just gets in the way.
