25 minute run 

My aunt watched Heath while I ran 25 minutes around her subdivision.  It was nice to get a run in and explore a new place.

Monday and Friday - 4 mile runs

It's been a extra busy week; I cannot believe it is already Friday! I totally slacked off on workouts this week. Plus it was raining Wednesday morning.

20 minute run with Heath

It's hard to run in the wind with a jogger, the wind catches under the sun shade and makes it so hard to push!

I got new running shoes for Mothers Day! They are so bright! It was the only color in my size, but they are really comfortable, so color doesn't matter as much.

Arms - 10 minutes

Needed an easy day. If it continues to rain, I might have an easy weekend or try out running in the rain.

Michelle's run 5.7.14

26 minute run (half with jogger, half without)

Michael and I went for an evening run. Michael pushed Heath the first half and I ran alongside. The second half, I pushed and Michael ran ahead. I even kind of "sprinted" the last minute. Ha!

17 minute run and 8 minute walk with jogger

Not great, but I hadn't done a lot of running in the past week or so. It's been a combination of busy and exhaustion. The school year is almost over!!

Mysti's Workout - May 2, 2014

3 mile run at 9:45 pace
30 minutes of arms / kind of abs :)

Free wieghts for about 25 minutes and threw in a couple of planks for good measure.
I knew know if I'm doing the planks correct.
