Workout: 15 minute Run
Distance: 1.3 miles
I ran a different route this morning and had no idea on my distance. It felt like a pretty good run so I could not go without knowing the distance. (I'm a little OCD) After my run, I drove the same route to find out the distance.
You can use this to figure out how far your runs are. No need to drive around and you can plan ahead!

That's a good idea Stacee. I forgot all about the programs that are out there that allow you to track your distance on a map. I think it's a little more accurate too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Stacee !!
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait to try it out and plan new routes !!
