30 minute run with the jogger
5 minute walk after

THIRTY minutes!  I don't think I have ever ran that long with the jogger.  I had planned on 25, but then heath fell asleep and I felt great, so I went for it.  It was a nice cool weather morning run.  So different from my last run, where 20 minutes seemed nearly impossible.  That's the great thing about running, even if you have a bad run, the next one could be a great one!

I'm on Spring break, so you'd think I'd be better with my runs.  However, the weather has not been great. It was nice and sunny today though.

It was so funny! I was pushing Sam, Joey was on my left and John was on my right. Joey cheered when we started running each time and John cheered when we started walking each time.

Treadmill - 25 minutes
Abs - 5 minutes 

Treadmill - intervals again 
Abs - front and side planks 

I wish abs were as easy as running :-/

Arms - 15 minutes

Treadmill intervals of normal pace, sprint and hill - repeat - about 2 minutes for each.
