Workout: 20 minute Run

Thursdays are typically one of my days off from running, but since my mom, aunt and grandma are planning to visit tomorrow I ran tonight.
I pushed myself to add 5 minutes tonight; it was easy !! (Well, maybe not easy but not hard either)
Great! Wow, you are catching up to me in no time. Maybe I won't want to run with you in a race... you will probably beat me.
