6:00am was early !!
My run started off good, but I had to slow down because my arches started hurting. This is really the first time they have hurt...seems out of the blue.
I am suppose to run 35 minutes tomorrow, but I might put it off until Sunday.
Arch problems...NO! I say rest up tomorrow. You don't want it to get worse.
