This run was pretty slow, but a pretty good run. My knees were hurting a little after the 60 minute run and yesterday I scrubbed the floors, so that didn't help any. They didn't hurt too bad on the run, just a little sore after.
It was soo hot! Most of the run was in the direct sun and there was no breeze. Although I love summer, I am ready for cooler temps at least in the morning.
I so agree with you!! That is what I am trying to overcome is just getting out there and trying to run in this heat. Not good for the asthma though. Good for you for still getting out there!!
