Couch to 5k - Week 2 Day 3: 30 minutes and 2.35 miles. Note to self - eat more than a 90 calorie breakfast bar on a day to run. :) Totally forgot that I hadn't really ate until halfway through my workout. Oh well, it was really nice outside and I enjoyed it!
Great job! It was nice out. I didn't get to run, but I'm hoping tomorrow will still be nice here.
