Time: 20 minutes run, 5 minute walk
Today was not as good as Wednesday. The first half of the run was terrible. I had to stop a couple of times because I felt some cramping and it took me a while to get my breathing right. However, starting at 10 minutes in, I felt a lot better and ran the rest with relative ease. Maybe that is what pregnancy running will look like for me, the first 10 minutes are torture, but we're good after that!
You are doing amazing - any run at 3 months prego is great !!
ReplyDeleteJust plan to start very slow the first few minutes - which is not terrible but adapting to new body.
