Mysti's Workout 11-04-2012
Couch to 5k - Week 2 Day 1: 30 minutes, 2.4 miles. I've enjoyed getting started again this week - hope my motivation continues.

It will! We can do it. Although, now it gets dark at 6pm...bah!
