Mysti's Run 06-08-2011
Workout: 40 Minute Run & 20 Minutes of Kinect
Good Run !!
I felt good about this run; I think I am getting use to the warmer weather.
I also did 20 Minutes of ping pong and boxing on the Kinect as my upper body workout.
