Mysti's Run 06-04-2011

Workout: 5 Minute Warm Up, 20 Minute Run, 5 Minute Walk, 20 Minute Run
Distance: 4.1 Miles

My plan was to also do a 5 minute cool down at the end, but my last 20 minute run put me right at my house.

The run tonight went better. It was a little cooler outside and I slowed down my pace.
