Mysti's Run 04-16-2011

Workout: 5 Minute Warm-up, 25 Minute Run, 5 Minute Cool-down

Very good run!!

I did not have any trouble running for the full 25 minutes and everything felt good. It was a little cold starting out, but after about 10 minutes it felt great.

    I don't really have a plan for right now, other than getting through the last 2 weeks of school work. Then I will probably work on running the 10k and 5k faster. We may be running a 10k at the end of May.
