It was one of those really difficult runs. :(
But...
I have developed my new Spring Running Plan !!

10 K in 8 Weeks
Running Days: Tue., Wed., Sat., Sun.
Week One: 2, 2.5, 2, 2.5
Week Two: 2.5, 3, 2.5, 3
Week Three: 3, 3.5, 3, 3.5
Week Four: 3, 4, 3.5, 4
Week Five: 4, 4.5, 4, 4.5
Week Six: 4, 5, 4.5, 5
Week Seven: 5, 5.5, 4, 5.5
Week Eigth: 5, 5, 4, 6.2
