Workout...

Part 1) 3 Minute Run to Dana's House

Part 2) Dana's Running Plan = 30 minutes total, 5 minutes warm-up, 60 seconds running with 90 seconds walking for 20 minutes and 5 minute cool-down.
Total Miles - About 2.25

Part 3) 20 Minute Run


I was a fun change to the running schedule and hope to continue with Dana !!
