Michelle's workout 1.29.13

20 minutes of a cardio workout

While I was waiting for dinner to cook and Michael to get home from his class, I did a quick 20 minute cardio workout with the OnDemand.  It was actually a pretty good one for pregnancy.  No up and down, no ab work.  Just moving around and getting the heart rate up.

I think I'm starting to get the third trimester exhaustion, or maybe it was just a long day.  Next week is ridiculously busy (parent-teacher conferences, meetings, etc) ... I may not make it!
