Michelle's Run 1.6.13

Time: 30 minute run

I was able to go for a 30 minute run this evening just before the sun set.  It was a good run.  My legs are starting to really feel the extra weight, but once they get going they get used to it.  I'm still so surprised that I can run for 30 minutes without getting short of breath, but sometime walking up a flight of stairs leaves me gasping.  ha!

Back to work tomorrow.  Ugh.
