30 minutes of Prenatal Yoga
Where has the week gone??? I didn't get any workouts in this week. I feel like I was busy most days and didn't really procrastinate a workout per say. School was cancelled today because of the threat of ice. While we didn't get a much, it was cold and rainy most of the day. I had big plans to do a cardio video and yoga, but then I accidentally took a 3 hour nap. So, I ended up just doing the yoga. It seemed to really help with my back pain. I need to do it more consistently!
I'm hoping to get a run in this weekend. My goal is to now to do one run a week (probably 10-15 minutes). That means I will probably only have about 3 more runs. My belly is starting to get BIG!
Three hour naps are wonderful!! Way to go on getting your yoga in too!!
