Michelle's 30 Day Shred- Day 5 (after a few days break)

30 Day Shred- Video 2

Excuse my absence, I took a few days off to work on my classroom and look at houses.  The first 30 Day Shred video was getting a little easy, so I decided to do the 2nd one today.  Oh boy, there was a big jump.  I had to start part of the way through because I was getting dizzy!  There is a lot more cardio in this one and a lot of pylometrics.  I have done that stuff since high school track!  But I bet the next time I do it, it will be a little easier.
