Mysti's Run 07-01-2011

Workout: 50 Minute Run

8:20 pm - 9:10 pm - It was hot, but manageable with it so close to sunset.

I also.... poured water down my back a couple of time, slowed down/walked about 30 seconds every 10 minutes and took it slow in general.
