Mysti's Run 07-06-2011

Workout: 70 Minute Run

Run included: 30 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes around track and 20 minutes on treadmill.

I also used the inner / outer thigh machine and 5lb / 8lb arm weights....probably about 10 minutes each.
