Michelle's Run 8.14.11

Time: 20 minutes

I finally ran this morning!  It wasn't too hot this morning, so I decided to run for 20 minutes.  It was sooo hilly.  I was either running up or downhill the whole time.  I had to walk at a couple of points because my legs needed a break.  It wasn't the best route for an out of shape girl like me.  Hopefully this week I won't work 10/12 hour days and can get some runs/workouts in.
