Mysti's Run 10-09-10
Workout: 25 Minute Run
Distance: 2.5 Miles
I felt pretty good during the first 2 miles and thought my 30 minutes/3 miles was going to be easy. Then I guess the heat/sun got to me; I started feeling dizzy so I head back home. Oh well !!

I feel ya. Oh well, 2.5 miles is better than 0.
