Mysti's Run 10-06-2010

Workout: 4 Mile Run
Time: 43 Minutes

I can tell I am not running as much; I am getting slower not faster.

My plan is to run Wed., Sat. and Sun. each week and hope to get a fourth run in at some point during most weeks.

  1. 43 minutes is a great time, it's still under 11 minutes miles.

    I'm basically trying the same thing... Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday/Sunday. Then I'm hoping to squeeze Monday in there most weeks. The schedule is perfect unless something unusual comes up and that seems to happen a lot. :) I'm sure you feel the same.
