Michelle's Run 2.22.11

Distance: 2 mile run
                 2 mile walk

This was terrible.  I was trying to squeeze in a 3 mile run between the class I teach and the class I take.  However, I didn't leave enough time between lunch and running.  I ran about a mile and half and thought I was going to throw up!  Then I walked for a while and tried to run some more on and off.  Everytime I started running I felt awful.  So I just had to walk the rest of the time.  I also have to walk a half mile to the fitness center and a half mile back.  (that's the 2nd mile of walking).

  1. Not Terrible...Maybe not a 10 mile run, but still a good workout. No fun to feel sick though !! Hope it was just lunch and not the beginning of worse.
