Mysti's Workout 02-15 & 02-17

Friday = 1.5 mile run. Today = 1 mile walk & 2 mile run.

  1. Way to go! I've decided we need to do the Delta half marathon next February... our treat can be Connie's Kitchen and Does! Of course, we will see if I can get in that kind of shape....maybe they will add a 10k.
