Michelle's workout 2.27.13

30 minute walk with Murray

My legs/ankles were so swollen after work today.  I think it was mostly because it really warmed up this afternoon and my classroom got so hot... I just puffed up like a balloon.  It doesn't help that I was on my feet a lot too.  Well, I know that one way to help with the swelling is walking.  It seems counter intuitive, but I will do anything.  So, as soon as I got home, I took Murray for a 30 minute walk.  My ankles and legs are much less scary now! 

Oh, and walking definitely gets the Braxton Hicks contractions going... maybe that's a sign that walking will get the labor going too in a few weeks!
