Michelle's workout 2.12.13

20 minute Jillian Michaels DVD

I wanted to run, but it started sprinkling as I was driving home.  I was also tired.  After I rested for a bit, I felt like doing something.  I was actually proud of how much of the DVD I could still do, even though it was just week 1.  I still need to do one more run.  My schedule has been crazy, but I think Thursday may be the day.
