Mysti's Workout 02-02-2013
About 35 minutes / 3 miles. Week 5 of Couch to 10k. Run with a little bit if walking. It felt like a good "real" run because I covered 3 neighborhoods.Not that it was any longer than I planned. :)

Covering more distance always feels like you have accomplished more. Great job. It snowed here!
