Time: 10 minute run
Well I got a run in before the New Year. I had really been feel down today (is there such a thing as pre-baby blues?) and had decided that I didn't want to go for a run after all. Well, Michael convinced me to at least run up and down the street to maybe help me feel better. I don't feel completely better, but my spirits are lifted and I have some more energy. Hopefully tomorrow I will do an actual run.
I remember feeling down a few times throughout pregnancy, but thought that was just my typical dip down. Hope you are feeling better. Good job getting out for physical and mental !!
