Mysti's 12-15-2012

Couch to 5k - Week 5 Day 2 with some extra running. 3 miles 38 minutes. Hills and no sidewalks. Did better than I thought I would. Who knows I could learn to like hills and winter running.

  1. Hills aren't bad most of the time. When you get used to running them and then go back to running flat courses, you feel like you can fly!
