Time: 25 minutes (run/walk)
Michael and I went for a run/walk this evening. I had to walk up the big hill and down some of it. Then there was another smaller hill that I had to walk when I got to the top. The end of the run was flat and I felt good. My back and stomach were giving me minor problems, but once I stopped the irritation stopped (which is the key, my doctor says). Michael was patient to run so slowly with me. He of course did another lap around the neighborhood after I finished. It was nice to have someone to talk to.
