  1. Do you run the whole 2 miles or is it 2 miles of run/walk combo?

  2. Total Distance. 5 minute warm up, 18 minutes (1.5 minute run - 1 minute walk), 5 minute cool down. Next one is total 31 minutes w 21 minutes of run / walk
