Michelle's workout and run 7.27.12

Workout: Jillian Michael's workout (Ripped in 30)
Run: 15 minutes

I thought I could be a super hero and do both a Jillian Michael's workout AND a 20 minute (at least) run.  Well, I only got in a 15 minute run. My legs were dead running up the hill (about 5 minutes into my route) and after that it was hard to go the next 10 minutes.  90+ temps never help either!
