Jilian Michael's Ripped in 30: Week 2
Michael has started a new work schedule. He works from 11:30-8:00pm. I work from 8am-1pm. That leaves a lot of time for me to get things done. I find myself running out of excuses not to workout... :) It was too hot to run, so I did a JM video instead. I tried not to be lazy and do everything the best I could (sometimes I'm guilty of only halfway doing stuff...oops!)
great job on getting a workout in. These hot days make for an easy excuse to not exercise.
