Michelle's Run 12.13.10

Running Stats:
Time: 42:30
Distance: 4 miles

Since the high was in the 20's today, I obviously ran inside.  I ran 4 miles on the treadmill.  I kept trying to run faster... but my legs just weren't moving that fast tonight.

    hahaha. Yeah right. I made Michael scrap the windows and drive up to the clubhouse. (He lifted weights while I ran.)
