Mysti's Workouts - Aug 27th & 28th

Wed - 40 minute run
Thur - 30 minute run

Yesterday my app didn't work and today my phone was down to 5%. Typically little things that "throw" my routine off really bugs me or I use it as an excuse to skip, but it didn't bother me thus week.
Another Half?!?

  1. I definitely use little things as an excuse to skip. Like Heath getting up too early or it being a few degrees warmer than I like, etc.
