Michelle Run 8.27.14

10 minute run
20 minute walk

Just wasn't into the run. Too hot!  But I was active for 30 minutes.  Heath fell asleep b/c he got up so early.

I have been trying to get back into a running routine for over a year now and it's not working for me.  I need some ideas about what to do.  Sign up for a race? Put a calendar of runs on the fridge? Give myself some rewards?

    Signing up for the half
    Running in mornings w/o jogger before John leaves for work
    Jogger as backup
    3 months into training started running w Courtney - it was uncomfortable at first but now it's so hard to run solo.
    Move back to NWAR and I will kick you butt out if bed every morning!!! Or get John to move me to you!!!

  2. Oh oh... I've been thinking about doing another race and Courtney's running in Oct which is too early for me
    Fall run around Memphis? Another family weekend or girls trip?
