Mysti's Workouts: January 1st - 13th

New Years Goal = Run 2014 Minutes in 2014

Breakdown of what that will look like -
2014 Minutes
•/•
52 weeks
= 38.7 minutes per week
= 3.7 miles per week

I will just track and be excited when I hit 2014 minutes. Should take too long. 

In and of itself I don't think it is a lofty goal, but with the thought, oh my, maybe, possibility of getting prego with baby #2 it should be a good goal to keep me running through year and hopefully pregnancy.

Progress so far in January:
Jan 1st - 4.74 / 52.35
Jan 2nd - 2.16 / 26.10
(More Snow)
Jan 11th - 4.08 / 45.51
Jan 12th - 6 / 102.11
Jan 13th - 3.36 / 35.44

  1. I can't believe you ran in 12 degree temps!! I think the lowest I have ever ran in was 30. Good for you!!

  2. Ok, so my 2014 hours is so wrong. I'm not sure what I was thinking. Bad at math.
