Mysti's Workouts - Week of July 21st & 28th
It has been a busy few weeks with trips to Tulsa and Viola. Overall, I still did pretty good on completing my runs considering I got sick for a few days this past week which caused me to miss 2 runs.
Week of 21st - Sunday = 6 mile run with 11.5 pace, Tuesday = 4 mile run with Sam, Thursday = 4 mile run with Sam, Saturday = 2.25 mile run with Sam, curves and hills. Week of 28th - Monday = 3.75 mile run with Sam and the 70 year old crowd at Cooper Park in Mtn. Home - it was very funny and Saturday / Today = 6 mile run that was Horrible, but better than no run.
