Mysti's Workouts - Week of June 30th

Happy July 4th! Sunday = 3 mile solo run, Monday = 1.75 mile walk, Tuesday = first 3 mile run with Sam - we both did good and Wednesday = 1.5 mile walk. Thursday - Saturday = trip to Aunt Cathy's with lots of swimming time. Now, time to get back into routine.
