Michelle's run 7.19.13

15 minute run with jogger

The only good thing about getting Heath on my back to work schedule is that we are up before it gets too hot out. We were out the door at 8. I know I will jinx myself, but the last two nights have gone pretty well and I am starting to feel that I may be able to function like a human being at work (with the help of coffee). Lets hope that will also mean I can get some workouts in too!
