Sunday = 3 mile run, Monday = 1.25 mile walk, Tuesday = Sam slept in until 8:00am and at Splash Pad by 9:00am :), Wednesday = 2 mile run, Thursday = 1.25 mile walk, Friday = 2.75 mile run with Sam in jogging stroller and Joey on bicycle and Saturday = 4 mile run.
I'm very excited about my continued progress in frequency and distance that I'm even considering training for a half marathon. :o We shall see!
Way to go!! You can do it. I'm telling you, the Delta half is calling our names!
