Below are my workouts from this past week. We even were out of town Thursday - Saturday. All workouts went well and felt great throughout except Saturday, but I still kept up my routine.
Week July 14th
S - 2.5 mile run
M - 1 hour walk
T - 4.25 mile run
W - 1 mile walk
T - 5 mile run 55.46
F - 1 hour walk
S - 2.5 mile run w jogger
5 mile run! Way to go!!
