Michelle's workouts 5.25 and 5.26

I did Jilian Michael's Ripped in 30 today and yesterday.  It has been too hot to run and I have been getting out of bed later.  That needs to stop before I let the whole summer go by without running much.  Tomorrow I have a 4 mile run planned.  I'm hoping to get it in before church... we will see!
