Workout: 7.5 Mile Run
My plan was just to get some kind of run in. I took it slow and was enjoying the 70 degree weather and next thing I knew it had been 5 miles and I still felt great. I don't know my pace exactly, but I left the house about 5:20 and was back a couple of minutes before 7:00pm.
A very much need feel good run !!
