Michelle's Workout 8.30.11

30 Day Shred Video

Dinner last night was baking pork chops for 30 minutes.  So while they were cooking, I squeezed in a workout.  It worked out well!

It's also helped that this week I have left school before 5pm every night.  Woo hoo!  Now, tomorrow and Friday will probably be another story, but 3 out of 5 isn't bad.
