Workout: 40 Minute ish / 3 Mile ish Run & 50 Minute Walk with Dana
HeLLo After a Two Week Vacation from Running and Blogging :) :(
I have had a few mixed feelings about my break from running; however, overall I have not let myself feel guilty. My run felt really good tonight and I am thinking my body might have need the break. School starts tomorrow; therefore, my schedule becomes very busy. It is time to think / plan my running for the Fall. Hope to post something this week.
